Aloprints respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated agent identified below.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material on our store infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL or a description sufficient to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page.
