Cancellation & Exchange

How cancellations and exchanges work for made-to-order items.

Made to order = made for you. Because every Aloprints item is custom-made after you order, cancellations and exchanges work a little differently than with off-the-shelf products. Please review the details below.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel or change your order before it enters production. Since we begin crafting quickly, please email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, as your item is already being personalized and made specifically for you.

Exchanges

Because products are personalized/made-to-order, we generally cannot accept exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

We will replace or exchange items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong design, size, or item) — at no cost to you.

How to Request

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (for damaged/incorrect items). We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
