Why a Tax ID Is Required

These requirements keep us compliant with international shipping & tax laws. Without a valid Tax ID, your order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled because customs paperwork cannot be processed properly.

How to Add Your Tax ID

Enter your Tax ID in the dedicated field at checkout. Double-check the digits — a single typo can hold your shipment at customs — and make sure it matches the recipient name on the order.

What Happens After You Submit Your Tax ID

Tax Reimbursement Policy (Brazil 🇧🇷)

To support our Brazilian customers, we offer full reimbursement of the import tax amount after payment is completed. To receive your refund:

  1. Pay the import fee on the Correios portal, following the customs notification.
  2. Take a screenshot/photo of the payment confirmation (amount & date visible).
  3. Email it to [email protected] with your order number.

Once verified, we refund the full tax amount to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

⚠️ If the tax is not paid and the package is returned, no refund will be issued, as this is outside our control.
